          Following the earthquake that occurred in Thailand on March 28, 2025, at 1:20 PM.

          For the safety of everyone, the Physical Plant Department, in collaboration with the university's construction contractors, immediately conducted preliminary safety checks of all buildings at both Assumption University of Thailand (AU) campuses. No structural damage to the main buildings has been found. All buildings remain within safety standards and are fully functional.

          However, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) will coordinate with experts to conduct further inspections and assess the safety of all buildings as soon as possible.

          จากที่เกิดเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหว ในประเทศไทย เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2568 เวลา 13.20 น. ที่ผ่านมา ดังที่ทราบโดยทั่วกันแล้ว

          ด้วยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของทุกคน ภายหลังจากเกิดเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว ฝ่ายอาคารสถานที่ ได้มีการบริหารจัดการร่วมกับ บริษัทผู้รับเหมาโครงการก่อสร้างของมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ เร่งดำเนินการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยเบื้องต้นของอาคารทุกหลังในมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ ทั้ง 2 วิทยาเขต ในทันที ซึ่งยังไม่พบความเสียหายที่กระทบต่อโครงสร้างอาคารหลักแต่อย่างใด ทุกอาคารยังอยู่ในระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ

          อย่างไรก็ตามมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ จะดำเนินการประสานผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการตรวจสอบอาคารเพื่อให้เข้าทำการตรวจสอบ และประเมินความปลอดภัยของทุกอาคารอีกครั้งหนึ่งโดยเร็ว
