Objective:

       The primary objective of the "Culinary Passport: International Food Fest" is to provide our students with a hands-on learning experience, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. This initiative aims to enhance their skills in event coordination, teamwork, culinary arts, and customer service.

Event Details:

       This event serves as a practical learning platform for our students. HTM4302/BHT3401 Event Management class, under the guidance of Dr. Lalida Arphawatthanasakul, will take on the role of event organizers, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are seamlessly managed. Concurrently, HTM3211/BHT3401 Food and Beverage Management class, under the guidance of A. Piriya Kittivoraphan and A. Marut Chaisanrit, will be responsible for setting up booths and offering a diverse range of culinary delights from around the world.
