Today, I have completed my double degree program at Graduate School of Business & Advanced Technology Management, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) and the University of Applied Management Studies (HdWM) in Mannheim, Germany. As I reflected on my journey, the experience has been rewarding for both my personal development and achievement in academic growth.

My journey started a few years back, while I was accumulating my experience in Thailand's fast growing E-commerce market. Although I benefited tremendously from my work, I recognized that I need to develop certain skills such as problem-solving, leadership and teamwork to advance in my profession.

I chose to pursue an MBA at Assumption University through the weekend program, which allowed me to continue working while studying. To reach my full potential, I decided to enroll in the Double Degree program to expand my skill set and gain a deeper understanding of my field.

Spending a year in the University of Applied Management Studies in Mannheim Germany was a transformative experience. It opened my eyes to the richness of learning from different cultures, environments, and people. The opportunity to make friends from around the world and collaborate on group projects with colleagues from diverse backgrounds was invaluable. Every person brings a unique perspective, and this diversity helped me appreciate the importance of intercultural competence in any global business setting.

Living abroad for the first time taught me more than just academics—it provided life lessons. While adjusting to a new language and culture had its challenges, I discovered how adaptable and resilient I could be. My time overseas also strengthened my ability to perform under pressure and boosted my self-esteem, an area where I had previously felt lacking. I gained the confidence and courage to make decisions, whether in class discussions, project work, or even personal matters.

One of the highlights of my academic journey was the opportunity to present my research at an international academic conference in Pisa, Italy. My research, conducted in collaboration with a Nigerian partner, was titled *"The Role of Female Entrepreneurship in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Developing Countries: A Case Study of Nigeria and Thailand."* This experience not only enriched my academic knowledge but also broadened my understanding of the crucial role women play in driving sustainable development, particularly in emerging economies.

As my Master's journey is drawing conclusion, and opened doors for a new chapter, I am equipped with invaluable knowledge from both local and international perspectives. Collaborating with from various professional backgrounds and age groups, I have a broader view of the world, a significant shift from my undergraduate years and further contributed to my growth.

Looking back, pursuing my Master's Degree has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. With the insights I've gained, both academically and personally, I feel well-equipped to take on new challenges and advance to the next level in my professional career.
