On Thursday, March 13, 2025, Assumption University of Thailand (AU)’s Suvarnabhumi Campus buzzed with excitement as it welcomed representatives from 15 leading private institutions to gear up for the upcoming "9th Private Personnel Relations Sports Competition." The lively planning session, organized by AU’s Center for Sports and Physical Fitness, Student Affairs took place in room SG 106, drawing enthusiastic participants eager to finalize details for this anticipated annual showdown.

 
 

Rev. Bro. Dr. Amnuay Yoonprayong, Vice President for Moral Development Education, kicked things off by warmly greeting attendees, highlighting the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship that defines the event. AU’s very own sports maestro, A. Nukul Chaisuriya, Director of the Sports Center, masterfully guided the spirited discussions.

 
 
 

Mark your calendars! The competition will officially commence on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at AU's state-of-the-art John Paul II Sports Center, Suvarnabhumi Campus. Athletes and enthusiasts can look forward to an action-packed lineup of eight thrilling sports: badminton, volleyball, table tennis, snooker, swimming, basketball shooting, petanque, and futsal. Adding an extra dash of fun, the event also promises lively recreational "fun sports" to keep smiles wide and spirits high!

Wrapping up the session, Director Nukul Chaisuriya led a vibrant tour of the venue, giving representatives a firsthand glimpse of the facilities ready to host this friendly yet fiercely competitive sporting fiesta.
