The Department of General Education, Theodore Maria School of Arts, in collaboration with the Institute for Research and Academic Services at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) , continues its commitment to academic service activities for schools in remote areas. This year, the project “The Use of Smartphones for Daily Messaging among Foreign and Thai Students to Uplift English Language Experiences” received a grant from MHESI.

On July 19, 2024, at SG 109, Dr. Jaruwan Puangmalee, the project manager, hosted a successful kickoff meeting. The meeting began with a warm welcoming speech from Dr. Chayada Thanavisuth, Dean and project advisory chairman. Following this, Dr. Jaruwan Puangmalee explained the project's scope, goals, milestones, and the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders. The session also provided an opportunity to address remaining questions and clarify expectations.
