On August 1, 2024, the Center for Student Leadership and Experiential Learning, Student Affairs organized the "Student Development Coordinator" event for the academic year 2024 at Wiset Sri Samut Room, Suvarnabhumi Campus. The main purpose of the seminar was to establish a network aimed at holistic student development both inside and outside the classroom, ensuring a unified direction. It also aimed to ensure the well-being and happiness of students throughout their university life.

 
 
 

The participants included university executives, advisors from the Student Affairs department, Student Development Coordinators from various faculties, and representatives from the student organization, all of whom manage student activities within their respective faculties.

The seminar covered a range of topics, including information on student activities and sharing the vision and policies of the student organization presented by Mr. Teanruj Wiboonpin, President of the Assumption University Student Organization.

Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran, President of Assumption University, remarked, "Our mission is to nurture not only the intellect but also the well-being of our students. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to create an environment where every student can thrive both academically and personally."

Additionally, there was a workshop on "How to Support Students with Depression and Mental Health Issues" by Dr. Raksakul Mekkulwirote, a psychologist from the Department of Mental Health. Participants gained valuable insights from the speakers, which they could apply in their work to support students in their faculties, ensuring that students live happily throughout their university life until graduation.
