WRITER: THE AU LIBRARY
On January 16, 2025, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) brought together thought leaders and changemakers for a one-of-a-kind seminar titled “Organization Design for Happiness” at the Seminar Room, De Montfort Hall, Hua Mak Campus. The event inspired participants to rethink how organizational structures can foster happiness and well-being.
The seminar featured two distinguished speakers:
Dr. Kitikorn Dowpiset,
Dean of the Graduate School of Human Sciences.
Dr. Sirichai Preudhikulpradab,
Program Director of the Doctor of Philosophy in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management.
Organized by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the seminar provided actionable insights on fostering workplace happiness, equipping participants with strategies to implement in their professional environments.
