On July 23, 2024, the Graduate School of Human Sciences at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) hosted a highly engaging and informative seminar titled "What Your Body Tells About Your Mind." The seminar, part of the university's monthly seminar series, featured Dr. Netpreeya Choomchaiyo, Managing Director of KruKate’s English School and Counseling Center.
Dr. Netpreeya, an expert in the field, captivated the audience with her insightful presentation on the intricate relationship between physical behaviors and mental states. She explored how various physical cues can reveal underlying thoughts and emotions, providing attendees with practical knowledge to better understand and manage their own mental well-being.
Recognized as Distinguished Alumni in Counseling Psychology from the Graduate School of Human Sciences, Dr. Netpreeya has been a guiding light in English language teaching and counseling, earning numerous accolades for her societal contributions.
The event was well-attended by students and faculty, all of whom expressed their appreciation for the valuable insights shared by Dr. Netpreeya. The interactive nature of the seminar allowed participants to actively engage with the content, making the experience both educational and enjoyable.
