Assumption University of Thailand (AU)’s Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology proudly hosted an insightful seminar titled "Extraction and Analysis of Antioxidants," led by the esteemed Asst. Prof. Dr. Kriskamol Na Jom. This event, part of the FBT 4003 course on Natural Antioxidants and Toxicology, took place at Hua Mak Campus, and drew significant interest from students and faculty alike.

 
 
 

Asst. Prof. Dr. Kriskamol Na Jom, an expert in Food Science and Technology from Kasetsart University (KU), delivered a comprehensive presentation on the latest techniques and methodologies in antioxidant extraction and analysis. The seminar covered crucial topics such as the identification and quantification of natural antioxidants, their health benefits, and practical applications in food science.

Participants were engaged from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, gaining valuable knowledge on advanced analytical techniques and their implications for the food industry. The interactive session included live demonstrations, which allowed attendees to gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
