The Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME Business School) at Assumption University of Thailand (AU)  successfully held its highly anticipated MSME Last Orientation 2025 on February 20-21, 2025. The event provided graduating students with essential knowledge and career development opportunities to help them transition seamlessly from University to the professional world.

The orientation kicked off on February 20 at the John XXIII Conference Center, where students gathered for a morning of insightful sessions. Following registration, the event officially began with an opening speech from the Dean, setting an inspiring tone for the day. A student representative then shared reflections on the journey at MSME, reinforcing the sense of community and achievement among the attendees.

 
 
 
 

The highlight of the morning session was a keynote address by Mr. Seksan Sapsubbsakul, who delivered an engaging talk on “Growth Mindset in the Workplace: Thriving Beyond College” His insights on adaptability and continuous learning resonated with students, providing them with valuable perspectives on career success.

The afternoon featured a series of interactive workshops designed to equip students with critical skills for the job market. Sessions included "Post-Graduation Pathways: Making Informed Decisions for Your Future" by Mr. Kasipat Wongvitayajorn, a master’s student at the University of Cambridge, and “Crafting Impactful Resumes and Defining Your Goals with AI Tools” by Dr. Vasa Buraphadeja, Director of the Center for Learning Innovation at AU. Adecco Thailand also hosted a practical session on job interview preparation, giving students hands-on experience and expert advice.

On February 21, the event continued with additional career-focused workshops. Mr. Aniruth Nimiwattana, Managing Director of TalentUp Consulting Group, led a session on job application strategies, while Fly High with Kru P’ Nash provided guidance on preparing for cabin crew interviews. In the afternoon, Mr. Terapat Prapapanich, Director at Unilever Professional Thailand, shared essential tips for successful career transitions in his session, “From Campus to Career: Tips and Tricks for a Successful Interview”.

 
 
 

Throughout the two-day event, students actively engaged with speakers, participated in career-building exercises, and gained firsthand insights into industry expectations. Sponsored by SUMO, Lactasoy, and other supporting organizations, MSME Last Orientation 2025 underscored AU’s commitment to preparing its graduates for professional excellence.

As the final milestone before entering the workforce, the orientation empowered students with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to thrive in their careers. The event concluded with a resounding message of encouragement, reminding graduates that learning never stops and that success lies in their hands.
