Everyone has the potential to be a good role model. It is crucial to prioritize management, self-care, and both physical and mental health to ensure the well-being of oneself and the organization."
The lecture provided students with practical knowledge, theories, and experiences that they can apply in real-life situations. Khun Suchada’s insights were designed not only to inform but also to inspire students to utilize this knowledge in their studies and future careers.
