Assumption University of Thailand (AU) was thrilled to host Dr. Kittiya Kesornbuakao, Technical Business Development Manager at IMCD (Thailand) Co. Ltd., as the distinguished guest speaker for the FT 4144 Food Ingredients Functionality course. The event took place at the Hua Mak Campus, Room L51, from 13:30 to 16:30, drawing students and faculty eager to gain insights into the latest trends in the functional food and beverages industry.

In her talk titled "Global Trends in Functional Food and Beverages," Dr. Kittiya shared her extensive expertise and industry knowledge, shedding light on emerging trends and future directions in the food sector. Her engaging presentation covered key topics such as the rise of health-focused food products, sustainability in food production, and innovative ingredients driving the industry forward.


 

 

Organized by Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, the event aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the current and future landscape of the food industry.
