The Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science (BLNS) at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) has partnered with BlueVenture TPA Co., Ltd. to offer specialized training in insurance claims management. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on March 26, 2024, aims to enhance expertise in life, non-life, health, and accidental insurance claims management, as well as wellness specialization.
The inaugural course, "Becoming a Professional Insurance Claims Examiner: Accident, Health, and Life Insurance," was conducted from October 29 to December 3, 2024. This 42-hour program combined on-site sessions at AU ‘ s Hua Mak Campus and online learning via Zoom, providing flexibility for participants. The curriculum covered essential medical knowledge, specialized skills in analyzing medical documentation, and expertise in claims review and monitoring, ensuring participants are well-equipped to assess claims accurately and ethically.
