Assumption University of Thailand (AU) successfully hosted a hands-on training session on the “Integrated AU Knowledge Management System to AU Institutional Repository (AU-IR)". The session, organized by the AU Knowledge Management Working Team, aimed to strengthen the knowledge management practices across schools and supporting units.
Held in Seminar Room, De Montfort Hall, Hua Mak Campus on February 7, 2025, Dr. Weeraya Donsomsakulkij, the member and secretary of the AU Performance Excellence Committee, is an honorable internal guest speaker. She has introduced a knowledge management portal, a tool for AU to aggregate the AU’s knowledge management practices into AU-IR. The training brought together department heads, unit leaders, and key representatives tasked with preparing and submitting data to the AU-IR. The event featured practical guidelines and tools designed to streamline documentation processes and align with the University’s strategic framework.



The participants actively engaged in exercises and discussions, gaining insights into impactful knowledge management documents.
The AU Knowledge Management Working Team expressed their gratitude to all attendees for their active participation and reaffirmed their commitment to supporting departments and units in achieving knowledge management excellence. Future sessions are planned to address other facets of knowledge sharing and innovation at the University.
