Dr. Phat Prapawichar, Dean of the Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science Assumption University of Thailand (AU) and faculty members are honored to welcome a group of a professor and eight nursing students from Hungkuang University, Taiwan (R.O.C.). Asst. Prof. Dr. Liu, Li-Chiu and her eight nursing students; Hseieh, Pei-Hua, Hsu, Yun-Jung, Chang, Shu-Yin, Pan, Ya-Ci, Huang, Yu-Pei, Huang, Hsiu-Hsuan, Chuang, Yu-Shian, and Lin, Tzu-Yu, will be at AU on July 1-August 6, 2024.
This visit is organized through the project Overseas Internship that responsible by Dr. Chavalee Boonto. The aims of internship program are to strengthen international collaboration activities, promote international exposure of the faculty members and students, and expand academic networking.
These Taiwanese nursing students will have activities with faculty members and nursing students of AU. The activities are based on their course requirement of the university. They will visit the public and private healthcare settings, a community, Kho-Klang, in the Prawes district, and study about health care system of Thailand. Besides, they will visit the interesting historical sites and other places for the culture exposure.

Professor Liu and her eight students visited Assumption University, Suvarnabhumi Campus on July 3, 2024
Professor Liu and her nursing students visited Koh-Klang Community, Prawes district on July 5, 2024. They observed how the health volunteers worked and visited the community members for health promotion.
The eight Taiwanese nursing students attended the class of the course NS 4326 Childbearing and Family Nursing II with Au nursing students taught by Dr. Nungruetai Kanchantr on July 5, 2024
