It was a power-packed Monday as top executives from Satya Wacana Christian University, Indonesia touched down at Assumption University of Thailand (AU)’s Suvarnabhumi Campus. The high-stakes visit, put together by the Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science and Technology (VMES) kicked off at 10:00 a.m. sharp in VMES Room 204, where academic heavyweights from both sides huddled up to talk shop.

With global partnerships on the line, AU’s top brass didn’t miss a beat, laying out their vision for the future. Word on the street is that joint research projects, faculty swaps, and new academic programs were all on the table—moves that could shake up the educational landscape in both countries.

This visit is a clear sign that AU isn’t just playing in the big leagues—they’re setting the pace. As the VMES flexes its organizational muscle, all eyes are on the potential game-changing collaborations that could come out of this meeting.

Stay tuned—this is one international partnership that promises to deliver more than just academic talk. Both universities are poised to make serious moves that could redefine education as we know it.
