Dr. Soonthorn Pibulcharoensit, University Registrar of Assumption University of Thailand, welcomed Ms. Catherine Oram, Regional Development Manager, South East Asia, on her visit to AU. The visit was due to Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) and AU having academic cooperation and student exchange between institutions.

On this occasion, they also established the 3+1 articulation agreement on undergraduate programs - Hospitality and Tourism Management, Marketing, International Business Management and talked further on the cooperation of the Design and Digital Innovation (DDI) program on March 8, 2022, at Suvarnabhumi Campus.

Manchester Metropolitan University is a public research university located in England’s Manchester and founded in 1824. The university traces its origins to the Manchester Mechanics Institute and the Manchester School of Design, which formed Manchester Polytechnic in 1970.
