SUMMARY:

Dr. Kitikorn Dowpiset has been working as dean of the Graduate School of Human Sciences and Director of the organization development institute (ODI) at the Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management at Assumption University. He teaches innovation management, MIS, creativity, and innovation. Dr. Kitikorn had a 25-year career in information technology consulting and the Professional Development Program for Business. He also provided the service design facilitator workshop for Bangkok Metropolitan Public Transportation and the digital transformation strategic plan workshop for the Siam Cement Group IT team. His strength is bridging the IT systems with the business purpose and design.

Dr. Kitikorn specializes in designing and auditing the Information Security Management System under the International Standard He got the Certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie about Leadership Training for Managers and High Impact Presentations in 2005. Dr. Kitikorn holds a doctorate in computer and engineering management and is an associate dean of the Graduate School of Business. He has had permission to set up the Drucker Society of Thailand since 2010. He always organizes the Drucker Monthly Workshop for private and public organizations. His main research is related to the e-Skills framework, digital marketing, and Drucker innovation practice.
