The Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) proudly hosted Prof. Dr. Glenn Young, Food Safety Professor Emeritus from the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), for an insightful guest lecture as part of the FT 3115 Food Safety and Microbiology Technology course.
