Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) proudly hosted a highly anticipated special lecture, Design for Circular Economy: Principles and Case Studies in Food and Food Packaging. The lecture featured Dr. Witchuda Daud, Director of the Advanced Polymer Technology Research Group at the National Metal and Materials Technology Center, who shared her expertise with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
The event, held at the P45 Room, St. Phillips & Bernard Hall, Hua Mak Campus, attracted an audience eager to learn about current trends in food packaging and the future challenges in the food industry. Dr. Witchuda' s insightful presentation offered an in-depth look into how circular economy principles are shaping sustainable food packaging, highlighting real-world case studies that inspired new perspectives on innovation and environmental responsibility.
