Assoc. Prof. Dr. Theeranun Janjarasskul, a distinguished member of the UC Davis Alumni Thailand Chapter, shared her expertise on "Thermal Processing" during a special session for the FT3117 Food Processing Innovation and Technologies course. The event was held on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 9:00 to 12:00 at C102 Room, Coronation Hall, Hua Mak Campus, Assumption University of Thailand (AU).
