The Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science (BLNS) kicked off its two-part workshop on November 28, and December 3, 2024, at the Seminar Room in De Montfort Hall, Hua Mak Campus, Assumption University of Thailand (AU).
On November 28, 2024, The first session, held from 08:30 to 17:00 hrs., brought together participants from various healthcare professions for an engaging day of learning and skill-building aimed at becoming professional claims adjusters in accident, health, and life insurance.



The program began with a welcoming address to all participants by Mr. Suthon Chutiniyomkarn, M.D., Executive Committee Member of BlueVenture TPA Co., Ltd., and Dr. Phat Prapawichar, Dean of Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science. The workshop featured interactive activities and discussions designed to enhance practical skills and foster a deeper understanding of healthcare challenges. Participants described the first session as both informative and inspiring, providing a strong foundation for the second part of the workshop.

On December 3, 2024, workshop on emotional intelligence titled “Soft Skills Development: Understanding Emotional Intelligence for Communication,” took place. This engaging session was led by Mr. Piamsak Uraipan, a distinguished Corporate Trainer and Consultant at SGS. The workshop focused on enhancing participants' understanding of emotional intelligence (EI) and its critical role in effective communication. Through interactive activities and meaningful discussions, attendees gained valuable insights and practical techniques for applying EI in daily life, particularly in workplace settings.



To conclude the program, certificates of participation were distributed by Mr. Suthon Chutiniyomkarn, M.D., to all attendees during the final session. This gesture recognized their commitment to professional growth and underscored the importance of soft skills in modern professional environments. Participants expressed their appreciation for the comprehensive and engaging training, highlighting its positive impact on their personal and professional development. This session marked another successful milestone in the series, empowering individuals to build stronger interpersonal relationships and enhance their communication skills in their careers.
