On September 7, 2022, 16 students of Grade 11 from Assumption College Rayong, who choose Chinese as their study path visited Assumption university of Thailand, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
Dr. Triporn Kasempremchit, Chinese lecturer of Theodore Maria School of Arts, gave a short presentation about AU faculties and Business Chinese Department in Theodore Maria School of Arts. A. Fang Wang, Chinese lecturer of Theodore Maria School of Arts, shared a Chinese tongue twister with the students. After some practice, students can speak the tongue twisters in Chinese and have a lot of fun.
Ms. Yang Hairong, Chinese director of Confucius Institute at Assumption University, introduced Confucius Institute to the students and invited ACR students to CIAU, CL Building 7th floor, to experience Chinese Cultural activities, such as Tai Chi, Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese Painting. In the afternoon, the students were given an impressive guided campus tour by officers from Office of the University Registrar; viewing the AU state-of-the art and well-equipped study, recreational, sports facilities, food courts & malls, classrooms, laboratories, standard meeting, conference rooms and halls of various sizes, etc.
