On Friday, February 21, 2025, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) held the Proposal Presentation Ceremony for the Yuwaphat Rak Tin (Government Savings Bank) Project 2025 at Suvarnabhumi Campus. The event was honored by the presence of executive teams from the Government Savings Bank (GSB) Head Office and GSB Region 15.
The Yuwaphat Rak Tin Project is committed to promoting economic sustainability and community well-being by supporting local enterprises. This year marks the fifth consecutive year of AU’s participation since 2021.
In 2025, five teams took part, representing social enterprises and community initiatives in Lat Krabang (Bangkok) and Samut Prakan.
Fang Pluk Mitr (ฟางผูกมิตร) – ฟาร์มผักชานเมือง (My House Farm)
Time to Relax – วิสาหกิจชุมชนหัตถศาสตร์เพื่อสุขภาพ (Thai massage for Health community Enterprise)
AWAP (As Wealth As Possible) – วิสาหกิจชุมชนเพาะเลี้ยงและแปรรูปชันโรงตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง (Honey Farm in Bang Nam Phueng)
Start at ONE – วิสาหกิจชุมชนบ้านคลองนาเกลือ (Ban Khlong Na Kluea, Municipal Tourism Enterprise)
Bang Ko Bua Yangyuen (บางกอบัวยั่งยืน) – ชมรมส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนตำบลบางกอบัว (Bang Ko Bua Community-Based Tourism)
Through this initiative, students integrate their academic expertise with real-world applications, improving product quality, strengthening community capabilities, and creating added value for local enterprises. By fostering competitiveness and sustainability, the project empowers communities for long-term success.
