Assumption University of Thailand (AU), in collaboration with Liverpool FC International Academy and Assumption College Thonburi, is proud to announce the official launch of the first Liverpool FC International Academy in Thailand. This momentous occasion was marked by an MOU signing ceremony held on July 17, 2024.
This collaboration aims to provide young Thai athletes with an unparalleled opportunity to train under the esteemed coaching of Liverpool FC International Academy. The coaches, renowned for their international expertise and experience, will bring the same professional training and development methods used at Liverpool FC to Thailand. This initiative is designed to nurture and develop the football skills of Thai youth, fostering both their technical abilities and love for the sport in line with Liverpool FC’s celebrated philosophy.
Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran, President of AU, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: "This collaboration with Liverpool FC International Academy represents a significant milestone for AU and for football development in Thailand. We are committed to providing our young athletes with the highest standards of training and the opportunity to develop their skills in a world-class environment. The Liverpool Way will not only enhance their football abilities but also instill important values of ambition, commitment, dignity, and unity."
Mr. Ian Rush, Ambassador of Liverpool FC, added, "We are very excited to bring Liverpool FC International Academy to Thailand. This will give young Thai players the opportunity to train and develop their skills the Liverpool Way."

The Liverpool FC International Academy Thailand is scheduled to open in two locations in 2024. This academy will serve as a hub for aspiring footballers to train and grow under the guidance of expert coaches, ensuring they receive top-level football education in a professional environment.
